Completed Designs
This homeowner wanted a pathway leading to a new guest house they had just completed. They knew they wanted lots of blooming plants and aspen trees.
We added the path, and aspens along with a dry streamed to handle drainage from the beds. Blooming plants were either shrubs or perennials eliminating the need to replant every year.
This homeowner wanted to add some visual interest along a path in her back yard. She thought some sort of water feature would be of interest.
We presented her with a couple of different options, one with a formal fountain and another with a more natural looking waterfall/pond shown below.
This slope above a retaining wall needed planting to stabilize it and prevent erosion. However it was in a highly visible area as you approached the house so the homeowner wanted to be assured the plantings would be functional and pleasing to the eye.
This is what we came up with for the design. The palette consisted of drought tolerant plants that would be able to withstand the site conditions.
